What does a Chandler volunteer crew or company team need for a big shirt run?

The Tumbleweed Tree Lighting in Downtown Chandler draws more than 12,000 people each December, according to the city. Events that size run on volunteers, and volunteers need to be easy to spot. Bright shirts with a bold back print let a coordinator find their people in a crowd. One design in one or two colors, printed on a big stack of shirts, is exactly what screen printing does best.

Company teams are the other big run. Tumbleweed Park covers about 200 acres on McQueen Road, with 18 rentable pavilions and 18 pickleball courts. A company picnic or a pickleball league there looks better when everyone is wearing the same shirt. Order extras for late signups so nobody gets left out of the photo.

Screen printing is usually most practical starting around 12 pieces per design, and the value gets better as the count grows. Light shirts get dark ink and dark shirts get light ink, so the print pops. We mix the ink, burn the screens and print at our Phoenix shop. How soon can I get shirts for a December event in Downtown Chandler?

It depends on garment stock, quantity, artwork and our production schedule. Holiday events and company parties stack up in December, so lock in the design and sizes early. Once the proof is approved, we give you a date and we keep it.

Can we reorder the same screen printed design for next year's Chandler event?

Your artwork and placement stay on file after the first run. When next year’s event comes around, send the new size counts and we print the same design, or tweak the year on it, without rebuilding the art.
