What youth sizes do you offer?
Toddler (2T, 3T, 4T, 5T), Youth XS through Youth XL. We can also print on infant onesies (6M, 12M, 18M, 24M). Brand availability varies — we'll confirm sizes when you quote.
What youth t-shirt brands do you carry?
Bella+Canvas Youth (our softest), Next Level Kids, Gildan Youth, Port & Company, Rabbit Skins (toddlers & infants). All ringspun cotton or soft blends.
Do you handle school and team orders?
Yes — schools, sports teams, booster clubs, camps, and youth groups are a big part of what we do. Bulk pricing kicks in at 12+ shirts and drops more at 50, 100, and 250+.
Is the ink safe for kids?
Yes. We use water-based and plastisol inks that are CPSIA compliant (the US safety standard for children's apparel) — free of lead, phthalates, and harmful chemicals.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Absolutely. Mix toddler, youth, and adult sizes in a single order — pricing is based on the total quantity, not the size mix. Great for family events, family reunions, and sports teams with siblings.
Is there a minimum order?
For DTF printing: no minimum. For screen printing: 12+ shirts per design. Perfect for school classes (pick a smaller run) or whole grades (larger discount).
How long does a youth order take?
Screen print: 5-7 business days. DTF: 3-5 days. Same-day rush available for urgent orders (birthdays, last-minute events) — call to confirm availability.
Can you print tag-less youth shirts?
Yes. Tag-less printed labels (instead of sewn-in tags) are a great option for sensitive skin — we print the label info directly inside the neckline.
