Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on the details you give us — quantity, product, print method, artwork, and timeline. Final pricing is confirmed when your order is placed. If the job changes, the price may change with it, and we’ll tell you before we print.
Artwork & Proof Approval
You approve a proof before production. What you approve is what we print — including spelling, sizing, colors, and placement — so check the proof carefully. Once you approve, changes can’t be made to items already in production.
Your Artwork Rights
By sending us artwork, you confirm you have the right to reproduce it. You keep ownership of your artwork; you give us permission to keep it on file and print it for your orders. We may decline jobs that infringe someone else’s trademark or copyright.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days from artwork approval. Rush service may be available depending on the product and the day’s production schedule — ask when you order. A due date is only guaranteed when we confirm it in writing on your order.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Orders may be held until payment is received per those terms.
Returns & Issues
Returns and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right with a replacement, correction, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the reprint of the affected items or a refund of the amount paid for them. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits or missed events.
