Most customers pick up at the shop: 1749 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85006 — Mon–Fri 8am–7pm, Sat–Sun 8am–6pm. We’ll tell you the moment your order is ready.
Shipped Orders
We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping cost depends on the size and weight of your order and is quoted with your order or shown at checkout. Shipping time is separate from production time.
Production Time
Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days from artwork approval, then transit time on top for shipped orders. Rush options may be available depending on the product — ask when you order.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days with photos of the item and packaging: order@eyeconicprints.com or (602) 688-4023. We’ll review it under our Return and Refund Policy and make it right.
