Real Estate Signs in Phoenix, AZ

Coroplast listing panels and the wire H-stakes that hold them up, printed at the shop on McDowell. One ink color or full color, either orientation, in the quantities an agent needs or the quantities a brokerage office needs. Your artwork stays on file, so the second order is a text message.

What an agent sign package actually is

Three pieces, and most agents order all three the first time.

The panel

18″×24″ Coroplast printed with your name, brokerage, and phone. One ink color or full color, landscape or portrait — your call, same price either way. 12″×18″ is available if your brokerage specs the smaller panel.

The wire H-stake

The wire frame that pushes into the ground and holds the panel up. $2 each, flat — that price does not change with quantity. One stake holds one panel.

The matching cards

500 double-sided business cards for $65 so the sign in the yard and the card in your hand say the same thing. Cards are outsourced on a 3–4 day turn, so order them early, not last.

What real estate signs cost in Phoenix

Panels are priced three ways: how many you order, one ink color versus full color, and one side versus both. These are current sheet prices, plus tax. 18″×24″ is the standard Phoenix listing panel and what most brokerages specify.

18″×24″ — full color
How many panels One side Both sides
1–5 $45 $60
6–12 $40 $55
13–20 $35 $50
21–35 $30 $45
36–50 $25 $40
51–200 $20 $35
18″×24″ — one ink color on white
How many panels One side Both sides
1–5 $35 $45
6–12 $25 $40
13–20 $20 $35
21–35 $15 $30
36–50 $10 $15
51–99 $8.50 $10.50
100+ $3.50 $6.50

The $3.50 panel is a 100-piece batch, and all 100 carry the same print. 12″×18″ panels run the same structure at lower numbers — one ink color starts at $25 for 1–5 and reaches $3 at 100+; full color starts at $35 and reaches $10 at 51–200.

The rest of the number

  • Wire H-stakes are $2 each, whatever quantity you order.
  • Layout is $25 for a straight text panel, from $50 if the artwork has to be built from scratch.
  • Extra ink colors run +$1.50 per color, per side — that applies to one-color pricing only. Full color already includes everything.
  • Orders under 21 pieces get vinyl-applied graphics instead of screen print. Different process, worth knowing before you compare a 6-panel quote to a 50-panel one.
  • Panels 21 and up are screen printed with high-quality enamel inks.
Pick full color if your brokerage’s branding is a photo, a gradient, or more than two colors — which most of them now are. One ink color is the cheaper path when the panel is a logo, a name, and a phone number. At six panels that is $40 each versus $25 each.

Where the price actually breaks

A solo agent ordering six panels and a brokerage office ordering for forty agents are not the same purchase, and the sheet knows it. Six full-color panels run $40 each. At 51 and up that same panel is $20. In one ink color, 100 panels land at $3.50 each.

A 120-panel office run is roughly $420 plus stakes and tax. That is the number worth putting in front of a managing broker, because it is not a discount — it is a different tier of the same sheet.

If you are the office ordering for every agent, say so on the first call. The run gets planned as one batch instead of forty small ones, and the per-panel price is the reason to do it that way.

The sign that drives around all day

Your listing panels sit on six lawns. Your car sits at every showing, every open house, every school pickup, and in traffic on the 51. It is the only sign you own that goes where the buyers are.

Magnetic car door sign for a real estate agent, printed in Phoenix by Eyeconic Prints
Magnetic door signs go on for the workday and come off in the driveway.

Magnetic signs — on and off

  • Sold in pairs, one for each door
  • 8″×24″ — $65
  • 10″×24″ — $75
  • 12″×24″ — $85
  • Priced in one ink color; full color adds $25
  • Layout adds $50, and magnets follow the shop’s in-store layouts

Vinyl lettering — stays on

  • Cut vinyl applied directly to the door or rear glass
  • Name, brokerage, phone, license number, website
  • Priced by quote — it depends on the vehicle and how much copy goes on it
  • Send photos of the car and what you want it to say
  • Full vehicle wraps are not something this shop sells

Which one you want comes down to whether the car is also the family car. Magnets come off in ninety seconds, which matters if you’d rather not drive a billboard to dinner, and they move to a new vehicle when you trade up. Vinyl lettering looks sharper and never slides, peels at a car wash, or gets left on the roof — but it is on that car until it’s removed.

Plenty of agents run both: magnets on the personal vehicle, lettering on the one that only does business.

What gets printed here, and what doesn’t

Straight answers before you plan an order, so nothing gets promised that can’t be built.

Yes, printed at the shop

  • 18″×24″ and 12″×18″ Coroplast panels
  • One ink color or full color
  • One side or both sides
  • Landscape or portrait, same price
  • Wire H-stakes, $2 each
  • Magnetic car signs, A-frames, feather flags

No, not something we make

  • Rider strips. Not made here, and structurally impossible — one wire H-stake holds one panel, with nothing to hang a second from.
  • Steel frame signs. Wire H-stakes are the only frame.
  • Metal listing panels. Coroplast is what gets printed on McDowell.
The rider question comes up constantly, so here is the useful version of the answer: put the message on the panel. “Sold,” “Open Sat 1–4,” a price, a phone — it prints directly on a second panel, and a second printed panel costs less than a rider would.

Sizes and orientation

18″×24″ is the standard listing panel across the Phoenix metro and what most brokerages specify. 12″×18″ is there if yours calls for the smaller panel.

Either orientation, same price. Landscape at 24″ wide by 18″ high, or portrait at 18″ wide by 24″ high — you pick. Most brokerage templates are landscape; portrait reads better on a narrow lot or hung on a fence. Say which one when you order.

If your brokerage hands you a template with exact placement, colors, and logo files, bring it. The panel gets built to their spec, not reinterpreted into something the compliance desk sends back.

Your next listing is a text message

Your art, your colors, and your sizes stay on file at the shop. When listing number twelve goes active, the order is one line: “Need three more panels, same as last time.”

What comes back matches what you got before — same ink, same placement, same panel. That consistency is the entire point of keeping files on file, and it is why agents stop shopping the order around after the first one.

How fast can I get signs for a listing going live Friday?

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days, and that is the number to plan around.

Coroplast yard signs are on the short list of items that can move faster when the shop has the stock and room in the queue. That path requires the proof approved and paid by noon, it depends on what is already running, and it bills as a markup on the normal price. It is never promised flat out.

The honest version: call and ask about your specific date. When the answer is Friday, it’s Friday.

What else agents order here

A-frames for open houses

The frame on its own is $125. With full-color print on both sides it is $250; one ink color both sides is $210. Coroplast inserts alone run $90 full color, $65 one color.

Business cards

500 single-sided is $50, double-sided is $65. These are outsourced and run 3–4 days — they are never same-day, so order them before the rest.

Feather flags for open houses

The tall vertical flag on a flexible pole. It is what pulls traffic off the street to an open house, and it is the one item agents borrow from each other because nobody wants to buy four.

Height Outdoor Indoor Print the back too
8 ft $235 $245 +$60
10 ft $245 $255 +$60
12 ft $255 $275 +$70
15 ft $295 $315 +$80

Layout starts at $50 if the artwork needs building. Outdoor and indoor are different hardware — outdoor takes a ground stake or a weighted base and is built for wind, indoor is for a lobby, an office, or a booth.

Printing the back doubles what a driver sees, because a flag facing the wrong way at the corner is a flag nobody reads. For open houses, 10 ft outdoor with the back printed is the common order — tall enough to clear a parked car, short enough to fit in a trunk.

Flag art stays on file the same way panel art does. Next season is a reprint, not a redesign.

Questions agents actually ask

Do I have to use my brokerage’s template?

If your brokerage requires one, yes — bring it and the panel gets built to it exactly. If you have freedom, bring your logo and phone number and it gets laid out from there. Layout is $25 for a straight text panel, from $50 if the art has to be built.

Should I get one color or full color?

One ink color if the panel is a logo, a name, and a phone number — it is the cheaper path and it reads fine from a moving car. Full color if your brokerage branding is a photo, a gradient, or more than two colors. At six panels that is $25 each versus $40 each.

Can you match my brokerage’s logo in full color?

Yes. Full-color Coroplast is a standard product here with its own price sheet, at both 18″×24″ and 12″×18″, one side or both.

Do you make rider strips?

No. A wire H-stake holds one panel and there is nothing to hang a second from, so riders are not something this shop can build. Print the message on a second panel instead — it costs less than a rider and it reads from further away.

Magnets or vinyl lettering on my car?

Magnets if the car is also the family car — they come off in about ninety seconds and they move to the next vehicle when you trade up. Vinyl lettering if that car only does business; it looks sharper and it never slides or peels off at a car wash. Magnets start at $65 a pair. Lettering is quoted off photos of the vehicle. Full vehicle wraps are not something this shop sells.

What happens to my sign in the Phoenix sun?

Coroplast holds up outdoors. The ink is what matters — panels that sit south-facing all summer fade sooner than ones under an eave. Most agents rotate panels annually and reorder from the file.

Do you print signs for the whole brokerage office?

Yes, and the per-panel price drops hard with quantity. At 36 panels one ink color is $10 each; at 100 it is $3.50. Full color at 51 and up is $20 each. Offices ordering for every agent usually do it as one run.

How many should I order to start?

Enough to cover your active listings plus two. Panels get damaged, stolen, and left behind. Six is the most common first order.

How do I send my artwork?

Text your art or a photo of what you want to 602-688-4861, or bring it to the shop. You will see a proof before anything prints, and what you approve is what comes off the press.
