Do I have to drive to Phoenix more than once for a Surprise order?
Usually not. Most of the work happens by phone and email: you send the art, we send a digital proof, and you approve it before anything prints. The shop is about 40 to 45 minutes from the Bell Road area by I-10, Loop 101 and Grand Avenue, so plan on one trip at pickup.
Can you make shirts for a team playing a USTA tournament in Surprise?
Yes. The Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex on Paradise Lane hosts USTA national tournaments through the year, and a team in matching shirts stands out on the courts. Send the team name, player sizes and the first match date, and we will schedule the print so the shirts are ready in time.
Do you print for Railplex manufacturers and warehouse crews?
Yes. Crew shirts, long sleeves and hats for manufacturing, logistics and delivery teams in the Surprise Railplex area are a practical fit. Put the logo on the front and a department or shift name on the back, and everyone on the floor is easy to identify. Send a size breakdown by crew and we will quote it that way.
Can you make spirit wear for Dysart schools in Surprise?
Yes. Shadow Ridge, Valley Vista and Willow Canyon are Dysart Unified high schools in Surprise, and their booster and parent groups can get spirit shirts and hoodies made with us. Ottawa University Arizona clubs are welcome as well. Start with the logo your school has signed off on plus a size count, and we will return a digital proof for approval.
Can we reorder the same design next season?
Yes. Once a design is approved, we keep the art and print notes on file. For a reorder, call with your business or group name plus the new quantity and sizes, and we pick up where the last run left off. There is no need to dig up the original file.
What Should Surprise Crews and Event Groups Plan Ahead For?
The Surprise Party each December is the city’s largest holiday event, with more than 12,000 visitors, a tree lighting, fireworks and a balloon glow at the Surprise Recreation Campus. Vendors and sponsors need signs and banners people can read from a distance, plus custom T-shirts so volunteers are easy to find. Starting in October gives the proof time to settle before the holiday rush.
Spring brings a different crowd. The Rangers and Royals train at Surprise Stadium in February and March, and Ottawa University Arizona baseball plays home games there too. It is a good window for fan shirts, hoodies for booster clubs, and stickers to hand out. Local groups heading to a game can put the group name and the year on the back.
