SMS Customer Care & Consent
Eyeconic Prints uses text messaging to make it easier for customers to receive information they specifically request during conversations with us.
How Our SMS Service Works
Customers may call Eyeconic Prints regarding products, printing services, quotes, artwork, proofs, orders, pickup information, or other customer-service questions.
When appropriate, our phone or voice system may offer to send the requested information by text message.
No text message is sent through this process unless the caller verbally agrees to receive it.
For example, a caller asking about a particular product may be asked:
“Eyeconic Prints can text you the product information you requested. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Would you like us to send that information to you by text?”
The caller must provide an affirmative response, such as “Yes,” before the message is sent.
If the caller says no, declines, or does not provide affirmative consent, Eyeconic Prints does not send the SMS message through this opt-in process.
What Messages May Contain
Customer-care SMS messages from Eyeconic Prints may include:
- Requested product or service links
- Quote information
- Order information or updates
- Artwork or proof information
- Pickup or delivery information
- Eyeconic Prints contact information
- Other customer-service information requested by the customer
This customer-care SMS program is not used to automatically enroll callers in promotional or marketing text messages.

Message frequency varies depending on the customer’s request and interaction with Eyeconic Prints.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opting Out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages.
After opting out, you will receive confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
