Plus tax, and plus layout from $50 per piece if artwork needs building. Trade one piece for another and the number moves — the point is you can plan a budget before you call.
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days. That is the number to plan around. Rush exists, it is real, and it has rules — here they are before you need them.
For a day to count as day one, the proof has to be approved and the order paid by 12:00pm. Not the phone call — the approval and the payment. Anything that lands after noon rolls to the next business day, and rush pickups are scheduled for 5:30pm.
This is the single thing that decides whether a tight date works. If you’re pushing a deadline, get your art in early enough that the proof can come back and be approved before lunch.

The 8’×4′ price assumes you bring print-ready artwork; otherwise layout starts at $50. Wider than 8 ft gets printed too — call with the length you need and you’ll get a quote.
Turning the artwork vertical or horizontal is a layout choice, not a price change. It is not a way around the 4-foot height cap.
33″×80″ is $240. 47″×80″ is $420. Both are 10 mil vinyl, printed one side, ten business days from approved proof.
The 33″ is the booth workhorse — it fits behind a table, travels in a car, and covers a corner. Order two matching ones for the front corners and the booth reads as set up rather than assembled.
Six-foot fitted throw, solid color, one printed area on the front — $125. Fitted means cut to the table instead of draped over it, which is the difference between a booth that looks set up and one that looks thrown together.
Table throws are one of the items that can move fast when there’s stock and room in the queue. A same-day or next-day throw bills at the rush markup above — on a $125 throw, same-day doubles it.
Twelve is the minimum on screen printing, and twelve is usually the right number for a booth crew anyway.

Plus sizes add $3 to $6 each depending on size. Extra ink colors and extra print locations add $2 each. Polos are printed, not embroidered. Hat availability is limited by the blanks in stock, so ask early if you want a specific style.
Standard apparel turnaround is 7–10 business days — plan the shirt order first. It’s the longest lead time on the whole list, and a booth crew in mismatched shirts is the thing photographs remember.

Layout from $50. Outdoor and indoor are different hardware — outdoor takes a stake or weighted base and is built for wind, indoor is for a lobby or a booth. Printing the back doubles what people see, because a flag facing the wrong way is a flag nobody reads.

Tighter than four weeks is normal and usually fine. Tighter than one week, call before you assume — some pieces can move and some genuinely can’t, and you’ll get the real answer.
Every piece gets proofed against the same artwork, so your green is the same green on the throw, the flag, and the shirts. Three vendors means three interpretations of the same logo, and they only line up next to each other on show day, when it’s too late.
One phone number to call when something changes. And when your files stay on file, next year’s show is a reorder instead of a rebuild.
Four weeks is comfortable. Two weeks is doable on most of it. Under one week, call before you assume — apparel and banner stands are the pieces most likely to be the problem.
On some items, in small runs, when the stock is on hand and there’s room in the queue — and only if the proof is approved and paid by noon. Table throws, banners, yard signs, stickers, and small shirt and hat runs are the candidates. It bills at a 100% markup. It is never a promise made before checking.
Not same-day. A run that size realistically rushes to 3–5 business days depending on the workflow. Standard is 7–10 business days, and shirts should be the first thing you order, not the last.
That’s the main reason to order the booth from one shop. Same artwork, same proof round, same ink decisions across the throw, the banner, the flag, and the shirts.
A banner behind the table works for most 10×10 booths. Note that banners cap at 4 ft high and run to 8 ft wide and beyond — hard step-and-repeat walls are not something this shop builds, so describe what you’re picturing and you’ll get a straight answer.
Twelve for screen printing. Under twelve, DTF handles it — a different process with different pricing, and it can also move quickly on small runs.
The stands, flags, and throw, yes. The graphics are what date themselves. Files stay on file, so a refresh is a reorder rather than a rebuild.
No, and it’s worth being straight about it. Apparel, hats, banners, signs, stickers, and tablecloths print in-house at the shop on McDowell. Business cards, postcards, and flyers are outsourced on a 3–4 day turn.
