The base
The weighted housing the graphic retracts into. It stands on its own — no wall, no tools, no tape, nothing taped to a table leg.
Retractable Banner Stands
The pull-up display that lives in its own base and rolls back into it when the show is over. Printed and assembled at the shop on McDowell in two sizes, on 10 mil vinyl. Ten business days from approved proof, and you pick it up standing.
Three parts, and they arrive as one working unit — not a kit to assemble in a parking lot.
The weighted housing the graphic retracts into. It stands on its own — no wall, no tools, no tape, nothing taped to a table leg.
10 mil vinyl, printed and already loaded into the base when you pick it up. Printed on one side.
Pull the graphic up, hook the pole, done. Under a minute the first time and about fifteen seconds after that.
| Size | Price | Where it fits |
|---|---|---|
| 33″×80″ | $240 | Behind a table, a 10×10 booth corner, a shop counter |
| 47″×80″ | $420 | Stages, lobbies, anywhere it’s read from across a room |
Plus tax. Layout starts at $50 if the artwork needs to be built — you’ll know that number before it happens, not after.

Thin material is the reason cheap pull-up banners look cheap. It curls at the edges, it ripples down the face, and it lets the support pole shadow read straight through the front of the graphic.
Ten mil hangs flat. It stays flat after it has been rolled into the base and pulled back out a dozen times, which is the part that actually gets tested — a stand that looks good on day one and wavy by the fourth show was never a bargain.
Worth knowing before you plan a booth around one.
The graphic is the part that goes out of date — a new phone number, a new price, last year’s tagline, a service you stopped offering. The stand itself doesn’t wear out.
Order a replacement graphic and swap it into the base you already own instead of buying the whole thing over again. Your art stays on file, so the new one starts from what you approved last time rather than from scratch.
Ten business days from approved proof. That’s the number to plan around, and it’s the number the shop holds.
If your date is tighter than that, call and say the date out loud. Rush depends on stock and what’s already in the production queue, and it bills as a markup on the normal price. Nobody here will tell you yes on a date they can’t hit — a broken date promise is the fastest way to lose a customer, so the answer you get is the real one.
Note the clock starts at approved proof, not at the phone call. The fastest thing you can do for your own deadline is approve the proof the day it lands.
Booths, multi-office rollouts, and franchise groups usually order three or more at once — same layout, different location or phone number on each.
Say that up front and they get built as a set. Same file, same proof round, same ink decisions, so the colors match across all of them. Two stands ordered months apart from different files sitting next to each other at a show is exactly the mismatch people notice.
Text your art or a photo of what you want to 602-688-4861, or bring it to the shop. You’ll see a proof before anything prints, and what you approve is what comes off the printer.
If the file needs to be laid out or rebuilt to fit the panel, layout starts at $50. Bring whatever you have — a logo, a business card, a photo of your truck — and it gets built from there.
One layout note that saves a reprint: the bottom few inches of the graphic sit down in the base, and anything within the top few inches competes with the pole. Keep your logo and phone number in the middle of the panel and they’ll read from across a room.
Full color with grommets on all four corners. 6’w×4’h is $125; 8’w×4’h is $167 with print-ready art. Wider than 8 ft gets printed too — call with the length and you’ll get a quote.
6-foot fitted throw, solid color, one printed area on the front — $125. Fitted means cut to the table instead of draped over it.
For being seen down an aisle or from a parking lot. Outdoor runs $235 at 8 ft to $295 at 15 ft; add a printed backside for $60–$80.
33″×80″ for a table or a booth. 47″×80″ for a stage, a lobby, or an open room. If you’re not sure, the 33″ is the safer buy — it goes more places and it fits in more cars.
No. These are printed one side, and that is the only build. If you need to be read from two directions, two stands set back to back is how people do it.
Yes, and that’s the point of buying one rather than renting. Order just the replacement graphic and swap it into the base you already have.

Ten business days from approved proof is standard. Tighter than that, call with your actual date — rush depends on stock and queue and bills as a markup, and you’ll get a straight yes or no rather than a hopeful one.
Yes. Banners, signs, stickers, apparel, hats, and tablecloths all print in-house at the shop on McDowell. Paper products like business cards and flyers are the exception — those are outsourced on a 3–4 day turn.
Your art stays on file, so a replacement graphic is a reprint rather than a rebuild. The base is the expensive part and it usually outlives several graphics.
