Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 13, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to eyeconicprints.com and to orders placed with Eyeconic Prints by website form, online checkout, phone, email, text, invoice, or in person. By using this website, requesting a quote, approving artwork, paying an invoice, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eyeconic Prints is a family-owned custom apparel and print shop located at 1749 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85006.

1. Custom Orders

Most Eyeconic Prints orders are custom-made. This includes shirts, apparel, hats, tote bags, banners, signs, stickers, labels, business cards, flyers, postcards, door hangers, and other printed products.

Because custom orders are made for a specific customer, logo, design, size, quantity, material, and deadline, custom orders are generally not returnable or refundable once production has started, except where Eyeconic Prints determines there was a production error by the shop.

2. Quotes, Pricing, And Availability

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the request, including product type, quantity, sizes, print locations, colors, artwork condition, materials, finishing, and deadline.

Prices are subject to change until an order is approved and paid according to the quote or invoice. A quote may change if the artwork, quantity, product, sizes, materials, print method, production requirements, or deadline changes.

Product availability, garment colors, sizes, materials, and vendor stock can change without notice. If an item is unavailable, Eyeconic Prints may recommend a comparable option for customer approval.

Any written quote, invoice, or order approval for a specific order controls over general information on the website.

3. Payment, Deposits, And Order Approval

Orders may require a deposit or full payment before artwork, setup, ordering materials, or production begins. Unpaid invoices, missing approvals, missing artwork, or unclear order details may delay production.

An order is not considered approved for production until Eyeconic Prints has the required order details, customer approval, and required payment or deposit.

4. Artwork, Proofs, And Customer Approval

Customers are responsible for providing usable artwork and accurate order details. Print-ready vector files or high-resolution files are preferred. Low-resolution artwork, screenshots, photos of logos, or incomplete files may require layout, cleanup, or redraw work at an additional cost.

If Eyeconic Prints sends a proof, mockup, layout, or approval image, the customer is responsible for reviewing all details before approving production. This includes spelling, names, phone numbers, website addresses, colors, logo placement, print size, garment sizes, quantities, and any other visible details.

Approval by text, email, form submission, online approval, invoice payment, or other written confirmation may be treated as permission to produce the order.

Once a proof or order is approved, Eyeconic Prints is not responsible for customer-approved errors.

5. Color, Placement, And Production Variation

Printing is a physical production process. Colors shown on a phone, tablet, monitor, photo, or digital proof may not match the final printed product exactly. Garment fabric, material color, ink, lighting, coating, and print method can affect the final result.

Minor variation in color, placement, sizing, cutting, finishing, and material is normal and does not automatically qualify as a defect.

6. Turnaround Time And Rush Orders

Standard apparel turnaround is usually 7-10 business days from final artwork approval, required payment, and material availability. Other products may have different timelines based on the product, vendor, print method, finishing, quantity, and current production schedule.

Rush service may be available by quote when artwork, stock, materials, and production capacity allow. Rush timing is not promised unless Eyeconic Prints confirms the rush deadline for that order in writing.

Customer delays, late artwork, changes after approval, unpaid invoices, vendor stock issues, shipping carrier delays, and force majeure events may affect turnaround.

If a shipped order cannot be completed or shipped within the timing stated for that order, Eyeconic Prints will contact the customer about the delay, revised timing, and available options.

7. Changes, Cancellations, And Holds

Change requests after approval may require a new quote, added fees, and a revised timeline. Eyeconic Prints cannot promise changes once production has started.

If a customer cancels an order before production begins, any refund will be reduced by costs already incurred, including artwork, setup, design time, special-order materials, vendor charges, payment processing fees, or administrative costs.

Orders already in production or completed custom orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded.

Eyeconic Prints may place an order on hold if required artwork, approvals, payment, materials, or customer responses are missing.

8. Customer-Supplied Items

If Eyeconic Prints agrees to print on customer-supplied garments, blanks, products, or materials, the customer accepts the risk that those items may react differently during printing, heat pressing, handling, or production.

Eyeconic Prints is not responsible for replacing customer-supplied items unless the shop agrees otherwise in writing before production.

9. Pickup, Delivery, And Shipping

Customers are responsible for picking up completed orders within a reasonable time after being notified that the order is ready.

For shipped orders, shipping timelines are estimates unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Eyeconic Prints is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, missed delivery attempts, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

Risk of loss may transfer to the customer when the order is picked up, delivered, or handed to the shipping carrier.

10. Order Issues, Reprints, And Refunds

Customers should inspect orders promptly at pickup or delivery. Any order issue must be reported to Eyeconic Prints within 5 business days of pickup or delivery.

If Eyeconic Prints determines that a production error was caused by the shop, Eyeconic Prints may choose the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, reprint, store credit, partial refund, or refund for the affected portion of the order.

Eyeconic Prints may request photos, samples, or return of the affected items before approving a reprint, credit, or refund.

Eyeconic Prints is not responsible for issues caused by customer-approved artwork, incorrect customer information, low-quality submitted files, changes requested after approval, misuse, washing or care issues, normal wear, customer-supplied materials, or carrier handling.

11. Artwork Rights And Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for making sure they have the legal right to use any logo, artwork, image, phrase, trademark, design, or other content submitted to Eyeconic Prints.

By submitting artwork or order content, the customer represents that they have permission to use it and authorizes Eyeconic Prints to use it for quoting, proofing, production, reorders, and order support.

Eyeconic Prints may refuse any order that appears to infringe another party’s rights or that the shop determines is unlawful, harmful, hateful, threatening, or inappropriate.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, design concepts, production files, editable files, templates, separations, screens, print settings, and working files created by Eyeconic Prints remain the property of Eyeconic Prints. Final printed products are delivered to the customer; editable/native production files are not included unless specifically purchased or agreed to in writing.

12. Files On File And Reorders

Eyeconic Prints may keep customer artwork, order history, sizes, colors, and production notes on file to make future reorders easier and more consistent.

Reorders may still require review and approval, especially if product availability, garment style, material, pricing, sizing, artwork, or production method has changed.

13. Use Of Completed Work In Marketing

Eyeconic Prints may photograph, display, or share completed work for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or promotional purposes unless the customer requests in writing before production that the order remain private.

This does not give Eyeconic Prints ownership of a customer’s logo or trademark.

14. Website Use

Customers agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit false information, use automated spam tools, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Website content, photos, copy, graphics, layouts, and other materials are owned by Eyeconic Prints or used with permission and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without written permission.

15. Online Store And Third-Party Services

Some products, payments, forms, catalogs, or checkout experiences may be powered by third-party services such as website plugins, online store platforms, payment processors, shipping carriers, or vendor catalogs.

Those third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, checkout rules, payment rules, or shipping rules. Eyeconic Prints is not responsible for third-party platform outages, payment processing delays, carrier delays, or vendor stock changes.

16. Texts, Calls, And Emails

By submitting a form, requesting a quote, placing an order, or contacting Eyeconic Prints, customers authorize Eyeconic Prints to contact them about their request or order by phone, text, or email using the contact information provided.

Marketing emails may include an unsubscribe option where required. Order-related messages may still be sent when needed to complete, update, or support an order.

17. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Eyeconic Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to the website, quote, order, delay, product, pickup, delivery, shipment, or use of printed goods.

Eyeconic Prints’ maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid to Eyeconic Prints for the affected portion of that order.

18. No Promise Of Business Results

Printed products can help a business look more professional and consistent, but Eyeconic Prints does not promise any specific marketing result, sales result, event outcome, customer response, or business performance from the use of printed products.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute related to these terms, the website, or an Eyeconic Prints order will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Changes To These Terms

Eyeconic Prints may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the website, quote requests, approvals, payments, or orders after changes are posted means the customer accepts the updated terms.
