What We Collect
When you request a quote, place an order, call, text, or email us, we collect what we need to do the job: your name, business name, phone number, email, shipping address when applicable, order details, and your artwork files. Artwork stays on file so reorders are easy — that’s part of how we work.
How We Use It
We use your information to prepare quotes, produce and deliver your order, send order updates, and answer your questions. If you’ve done business with us, we may occasionally contact you about your account or reorders. We do not sell your personal information.
Website Analytics & Advertising

Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number on our systems.

Message frequency varies based on the customer’s requests and interactions with Eyeconic Prints. Message and data rates may apply.
Customers may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Customers may reply HELP for assistance.
Providing consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of making a purchase or receiving services from Eyeconic Prints.
Eyeconic Prints does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is used only for communications from Eyeconic Prints related to the purpose for which the customer provided consent.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to complete your order (for example, payment processors and shipping carriers) or when the law requires it.
