Return and Refund Policy
Eyeconic Prints accepts returns for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted for defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below. Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products have additional restrictions.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. Return requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.
Return Condition
Returned products must be in new, unused condition. Items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Return Method
Returns are completed by mail. To start a return, contact Eyeconic Prints before sending any item back. We will provide return instructions after reviewing the request.
Return Shipping
For non-defective returns, including buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to an Eyeconic Prints error, damaged item, defective product, or incorrect item, Eyeconic Prints will cover return shipping or provide another appropriate resolution.
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
Custom and Personalized Products
Custom printed, personalized, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or were produced incorrectly by Eyeconic Prints.
This includes customer-approved artwork, spelling, sizing, colors, print placement, garment selection, or other approved order details.
Exchanges
Eyeconic Prints does not offer exchanges.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us and we will review the issue for a replacement, correction, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

- Personalized merchandise
- Made-to-order products
- Special order items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging if applicable.
