What’s the minimum order for a fundraiser?
There’s no minimum for online store fundraisers — every single sale counts. For bulk pre-orders (like a school spirit wear drive), we recommend 24+ pieces for the best per-unit pricing.
How much profit can we earn?
Most organizations earn $5-15 per item sold, depending on the product and pricing you set. A school selling 200 shirts at $8 profit each nets $1,600 for their program.
What products can we sell?
T-shirts, hoodies, long sleeve shirts, hats, tote bags, and more. We print via screen printing (best for 50+ of the same design) or DTF (best for full-color, photo-quality, or smaller runs).
How long does the store stay open?
You choose — most fundraisers run 2-4 weeks. We can also set up permanent stores for ongoing programs like booster clubs or team spirit wear.
Do supporters pay for shipping?
You decide: ship directly to each buyer, or we bulk-ship everything to one location for pickup (saves your supporters on shipping costs).
